Bathroom with W.C. and large, modern walk in shower.  Second floor: Living/dining-room with enormous bay window providing spectacular river views. Modern fitted kitchen. Spiral stairs from lounge up to roof terrace  where a panoramic view of the town and the estuary can be enjoyed to the full. Stunning views towards the Dart estuary can be admired from the roof-top terrace of this bright and comfortable property. Electricity and gas CH included. Washing machine. Shops 100 metres. WiFi. TV & DVD. Radio. Full kitchen with electric Cooker and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Duvets with bed linen. Please bring towels. 

Same outstanding views as DartView but instead of a balcony off the lounge, spiral stairs lead up from the lounge to a large roof terrace with absolutely stunning panoramic views. Light, bright, spacious and airy.  Heywood has a large living room / lounge with an enormous bay window looking out onto river and out to sea. Separate dining area and kitchen . Spiral stairs from lounge lead to a large roof terrace with garden furniture and incredible town, river and countryside views. The property also benefits from having central heating & a washing machine.

Unsuitable for those with mobility problems due to stairs. As you might expect, parents are asked to exercise normal care with very young children in the vicinity of the roof terrace. Non-smokers only.  No pets.
