This outstanding villa is a popular choice for family reunions and parties etc. as the owner of this property has a second, almost identical villa below this one on the hillside. Both villas can be rented together by up to twenty four guests.

In addition to comfort, space and spectacular sea views, one of the principal attractions of this villa is the convenience of its location on the East side of the island between Lefkada town and Nidri. Lefkada town is six minutes drive and Nidri town ten minutes drive. Two villages and a small beach within walking distance. Easy access by car to all major points of interest north, south and west.

Nearest beach approximately seven minutes walk from villa.

The traditional village of Katouna is five minutes on foot (500 meters). The village has a charming square with coffee shop, a market and two good taverna restaurants



Layout

Living area comprising lounge and contemporary kitchen. Direct access to pool terrace from living area. Dramatic views from inside and outside the villa. Lounge with traditional fireplace and comfortable, modern furniture. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. 

Wheelchair access: Guests using wheelchair may arrive in car and have access from car, across pool terrace, into lounge & bedrooms on ground floor.

Seven bedrooms, each with private ensuite facilities (Shower, toilet and wash basin). There is also a bath in one of the bedrooms on the first floor. Six of the seven bedrooms have private balcony and the other has direct access to terrace.

On the same level as the lounge and pool are two bedrooms with king bed, balcony and ensuite. On the upper (first) floor are three bedrooms with balcony and ensuite. On the lower level there are two further bedrooms (1) Studio suite with king bed, sitting area ad large bathroom (2) Another ensuite bedroom for two people.

Beds:  Two double bed 1.8 wide and 2m long. Five double beds 1.7m wide and 2m long.

Two of the double beds can be changed to single beds if requested in advance.

Air conditioning. Internet. Satellite TV including UK channels. Insect nets on windows of bedrooms.

Extensive terraces. Two separate sitting / eating areas and bathroom.

Pool shower and two outside toilets accessible from pool terrace.  The villa also provides a washing machine.

Lefkada area: Kastro beach , Windmills , Saint John (approximately 6 minutes) .

Nikiana village: NV beach, Breath of Zorbas and Pasa bay (approximately 5 minutes).

Saint Nikitas village:  Milos , Kathisma  & Peukoulia Bay (approximately 20 minutes).

Porto Katsiki & Gremnoi beach are two of the most picturesque beaches on the island (approximately 30 minutes).

At Vasiliki village on the south of the island there are two superb beaches :  Agiofil and Ponti bay with great watersports,  windsurfing and scuba diving.

At Perigiali  village, 8 minutes from villa,  there is a port with daily boat trips to Scorpios , Meganisi, and the spectacular beaches of : Vathiavali , Varko , Spilia , Fanari .
